Prior to MMEPL, Gopal served as the Project Head at KVK Energy Ventures, successfully securing a competitive 100MW solar project. Subsequently, as President at ERA Energy, he spearheaded business growth aspirations targeting 1GW of renewable energy assets.
Mr. Somani holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the esteemed Malviya National Institute of Technology. A globally recognized leader, he is the recipient of the prestigious Solar Champion Award from the European Solar Thermal Power Generation Industry Association.
Beyond executive leadership, Mr. Somani serves as a highly sought-after consultant for prominent power generation enterprises.
